Good to know that it's thin like the CF version--I hope that this one makes it into production. Congrats on the gift from Sal!

Congrats on an amazing looking knife. In my eyes that's the nicest looking Stretch to date. The fit and finish look perfect.

If this went into production then I just might have to get one. I wonder how an Endura would look with a similar treatment

Awesome. I hope that makes it to production.

Beautiful knife! If it didn't have a clip, it would be perfect.

Congratulations, Paul. That is one beautiful knife. The wood plus bolster perfectly complements the curvy lines of the Stretch. Spyderco would do well to make this a production item. I agree with the use of pins for this aesthetic.

Great knife. If they don't make that knife it wouldn't be because it wouldn't sell, that's for sure.

You have a really nice looking and performing knife. I'll bet it will do a good job digging in the garden.

Even if that knife makes it to production you will have one of the first made and probably a little different than the final model (maybe). But, what if it doesn't make it into production? Then that knife will become a completely different animal as far as a collection goes. Have you thought about that? I doubt if I'm the only one it occurred to. :D

Of course I don't know how many were made but I don't think they made hundreds of them to not sell them. Possibly a few for select people and friends?
