Obviously i have read on any website that sells the citadel that you must be ACTIVE duty military/police or rescue to purchase an auto knife under federal switchblade laws.....but are there any laws governing someone on active duty purchasing such a gift for someone that would not otherwise be able to buy it? any and all info appreciated on this subject. i checked the forum and to my surprise no discussion on this topic yet, unless i missed it.
