What company makes the "Seki Japan" stamped knives and what company makes the "Japan" stamped knives? Just wondering, both are great.

To the best of my knowledge there are more than one Spyderco supplier mark "Seki City".
G. Sakai is one of them. Moki, which is also located in Seki marks Spyderco blades "Japan".
"People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf"

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

I thought Seki-Cut was also a manufacturer for Spyderco.

Technically, it's possible, since Seki Cut is a consortium made up of a number of smaller makers. I know that Hiro, which is one of the makers in that consortium, is or was one of Spyderco's Seki makers. Tak Fugata was another one of Spyderco's Seki makers, not sure whether they're part of Seki Cut or even if they're still active.
