Looks like they're just about gone...

I love my O-Man. I wish I had my camera back from my sister.

I have a question about the paper that came with it. The last paragraph says something about Moteng Int putting the knife out exclusively but CS sold it. It confused me and the lady I spoke to at CS didn't know why it said that either.

i didn't get any paper in my box - just a plastic bag for the knife.

Mine came 20 minutes ago. (delayed due to holiday as well)

Quick iPhone photo doesn't do justice (this orange is very hard to capture in image), but here is a shot of orange M2 with gray D4 FFG.

The operation is WICKED smoooooth.

coelacanth,

I shot the pics with an iPhone 4. Agree completely with you regarding the smoothness of operation the Orangey knife has.

So did I. :) iPhone 4 has quite decent camera. Still, this orange is very hard to capture though. In real life, the orange is very "Rescue" and all business. :D

Quick question to those "in the know"...I just purchased a Manix 2 Orange with a plain edge (g-10?) blade. Did they make such a thing or has the scales/blade been swapped?

got mine in about a week ago. I was amazed at the color when I first opened my package. Kicked my 950 rift out of my pocket for now. :spyder: Oh and here in Cincy the orange matches a certain terrible sports team. (**** you Mike Brown)

I have two incoming from CS as I was lucky to get them from the last handful he had before selling out. Also got a CF UK Penknife they're waiting for to arrive so that's holding up my order. Should be here soon!

thanks :)
Here's a quickie:
Image

It's about to be transformed into a "double-decker" with brand new insides to fit all sharp objects in, mostly :spyder: s though. Aaaaany week now..
I'll share better pics when it's all done. I think there was a thread about different storage inventions awhile back..

It's not a Pelican case, but a copy from a "local" (=Scandinavian) hardware store chain named Clas Ohlson. But it's well worth the money, well built.

Love that Manix btw, never had one in my hand before - the orange colour lured me in.. Orange freak, me :D I think I'll be getting the regular black model too..

That is a nice case. It wouldn't work for me though, I'd need a -much- bigger case. thanks for sharing.
