help me choose a knife!
help me choose a knife!
i really want to get a spyderco for my next knife but i cant seem to find one that has everything i want. im looking for something medium sized preferably flat ground but im not that picky, WITH a pocket clip that rides as deep as possible. hopefully i can find this for under a $100. the most important thing is that its deep.
Sage 1
can still be had for under $100.
Deep pocket wire clip, FFG blade and one of the best values available.

Our reason is quite satisfied, in 999 cases out of every 1000 of us, if we can find a few arguments that will do to recite in case our credulity is criticized by someone else. Our faith is faith in someone else's faith, and in the greatest matters this is most the case.

I'm not sure what you mean by medium sized, but the Stretch 2 (3.5" blade) can be found for well under $100, and might be what you're looking for.
The Caly 3.5 (also 3.5") has a deep pocket wire clip, and is a fantastic knife. You may have trouble finding one for under $100, though.

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.

I suggest a Sage1, Caly 3, UKPK.

Caly3.5 is amazing and can be found for couple bucks over $100. 3.5" FFG VG10 leaf shape blade. Low riding wire clip, fantastic ergos. IMHO Caly3.5 is one of the best knives, created by Spyderco ever. I EDC it since they come out. Love it. It is in my right back pocket now and every day Monday though Friday.
Good Luck.

My pick would be the caly3 or caly3.5 due to the deepest clip. They are a touch more then $100 though. Still, amazing knives.
You could also get a Sage1 which rides deep but not quite as far. Call up Spyderco and ask about a Caly3.5 clip and screw. It will prob fit and push it further in your pocket if half an inch of handle is too much to show.
