After sharpening an old old one from a friend I really wanted to grab one for myself. Thankfully a bud on the USN helped me out.

Love this little guy.

Despite the periodic clear out's of my collection, I've never seriously considered my Copilot for disposal. Looking at these pics I now know why........great shots mate! ;)

Couldn't agree with you more, David. I had been searching for one for months before someone posted here that an online dealer had some. I got one right away and love it. Just proves that if you even remotely like a sprint that you should get it. Selling it later is far, far easier than finding it once it's one.

Nice pics, they are definitely doing this sweet little knife some justice. The sprint run was awesome, I wish they made a few more.

I don't like the fact that you don't use upper cases or interpunction :D :D

No offense Benchmade, I just couldn't resist ;) :D I hereby apologize in advance.

I don't think that small buddy really needs jimping, especially given the blade hump where your thumb can find a safe rest. Plus, it looks so much smoother and cleaner without, don't you think?

2-12-2011 update.

It arrived about 1 hr. ago. One of best built knives I have owned. Interesting fact, there are only 1199 others from this run in the whole world.

Been carring a LB3 for the last year...wanted something a tad bigger. Its just a tad bigger than I wanted, so like you, its resting in its new box tucked away.
