Got my PE Tasman in the mail today. I've had a Salt 1 for a while and love it. Wanted the Hawkbill for a good, lightweight, last ditch emergency defense tool. Already did the zip-tie wave mod (which works perfectly). I hesitate to say that the zip-tie mod is just as effective if not more than my old Delica w/emerson wave!
BTW I just figured out that my new Blackberry Bold was taking slightly blurry photos due to a plastic sheild I had over the lens. Cut it off and I think these turned out pretty darned good for phone pics!
Awesome! The tasmam is a great utility knife. I've had both PE and SE almost 2 years now but haven't used or carried the PE yet. My SE tasman is waved too!
