The Military is my favorite. Its big, strong and light. Has a super sharp, pointy FFG blade. Whats not to like? I really like my orange one the best. :)

Manix2.

-Great blade shape
-Automatic-like speed
-Bank vault lockup
-Perfect sized EDC (for what I need)
-Very serviceable steel (on the production model, the sprints are even better)
-Awesome ergos
-Made in USA

But mainly because it's my very first and only Spydie at this point in time; also I put in a lot of hard work to earn this thing.

Spyderco Endura with non-black FRN handle options.

As to why? . . . There's a reason why I'm keeping that under my hat.

These days it seems to be either a yellow Salt I or waved Delica that usually gets pocket time, while other equally good models languish on the shelf. I had a dyed white FRN Dragonfly that I adored, and lost - somewhere - a while ago. The Dragonfly is the perfect 'watch pocket' knife. I have not decided which D'fly model to get as a replacement. A 'salty Dragonfly' would be fun.

Mini-Manix PE. Now that it's fall, yard work and hunting seasons are in full swing and the Mini-Manix has become the do-all knife for me. It has great ergonomics, drop-point blade, solid as a rock and heavy blade adds to its versatility. Plus, I think that it is one of the best looking folders that has ever been put into production. I am certain that my Bradley would do just as well but I don't have two back-ups for it... yet.

Over the summer(August) it was the Para2; a perfect edc/lightweight slicer.

By leaps and bounds, my fav Spydie (of all time) is the Waved Endura with full flat grind by Tom Krein. What a savage cutter! Yikes. So simple to touch back up to lazer sharpness. Slices like it's got some kind of lubricant on the blade. Man, what a knife. It has displaced, well, EVERY OTHER KNIFE in my collection for every day carry. I have a spare ready to go. And I'm on the lookout for a bargain Endura Wave on the used market so I can send it off to Krein and get a SECOND spare stashed away in the shadows. Every knife nut should handle one of these for a week. After that week, you too will be ruined. :D

No one has mentioned my favorite thus far, Sprint Run Meerkat. Love this little knife. Perfect for office use. Super smooth action, unique locking mechanism, very sharp FFG blade, and deep carry wire clip. I love it so much I plan on getting a backup in case anything I were to ever lose it.

I do have a Sage 1 and FRN Cricket coming. So we will see if the Meerkat remains top dog.

This thread is excellent btw. So many different faves. Makes me want to go out and buy an Orange Millie, Para2, and foliage Manix 2. Along with a Krein regring waved Delica! My poor paypal acount. Lol

Manix 2 XHP

I'm really enjoying trying out this blade steel, and have been impressed with the results so far. I also really like the green/grey color, choil, and blade shape of this knife. It reminds me of a super Sage.
