Anyone have any info on the pink Delicas/Enduras?

I've been trying to get my Fiance to carry a blade forever. Today she finally gave in. I saw on bladeforums.com a pink Delica, but have been unable to find one. We these a limited run at some point recently? Are any still floating around somewhere? Been looking all day to no avail.

I might have to go with a pink Native but would much prefer the delica.

Thanks!

IIRC 1200 pink delicas were made couple years ago. Watch secondary market. Always there is a chance to find one.

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

They tend to pop up on eBay fairly often.

You won't be doing her wrong by getting her a pink Native.

in the last run I know they made some with black clips and some with silver clips. I think the silver ones are out of the second batch.

Delica and Endura are great knives! They're the low priced crack samples that'll get you hooked on spyderco! Feed the need!

Correct - the first run of Pink Delicas a couple of years ago were in the standard black D4 flat clip. Then demand was crying out from afi's so Spyderco put out another 600 sprint to cater for these. However, to differentiate the runs a polished stainless steel clip came with them, but if you prefer the black you can always buy the D4 repair kit and swap out.

I got 2 of the original Pink run and I think about 6 of the second pink run for all my daughters and wife :D

They are great knives and look good also with engraving :p

My wife just lost hers. :( So in my search for another, I stumbled on to soonerstateknives.com. I also called to confirm they actually have them in stock too, so you can pick one up there for sure.

After all that though, she decided she wanted the FFG Purple D4. :o

My daughter has two Pink Delicas, Pink Native, Pink Jester, among her collection.

My wife carries a Pink Endura.

And with the advent of the coloured FFG Enduras and Delicas, there is more to choose from.
