Navigator

#1

Post by J Smith »

Well I tried to put it out of my mind but it didn't work.Went to SMKWs today and got the Navigator. It is perfect in fit and finish.Veeerrrryyy sharp. There web site lists it as Gin 1 but the ones they have are VG10.One good thing is that they were out of the Veiles, really could not aford the Navigator with vacation comeing up in a few weeks much less the Veile.Better grab um while you can they only had 6 in stock on the floor today and they were not in the display case, had to ask for one and the salesman took a bundle of six out from behind the display case, probably had them hid for employees. They also came in a older blue box instead of the new boxes.Great little knife glad I broke down and got it.

Which list? Oh, *that* list.

I would but that list was written on a short piece of paper and there isn't any more room. Even if I could write it, the pen is out of ink. Also, the credit card is maxed out and the car is out of gas. My modem won't modulate either.

Sorry, but I wish I could.

Last Christmas, my dad went out, shot his rifle in the air, then he came in and told me that Santa just commited suicide. So no Navigator for me, too . I'll get the CF version when I'll be rich and famous (or just rich, will do for me

I also ordered some Christmas presents, because of SMKW's great prices for Spyderco discontinued knives. 2 ea. Viele linerlocks, 1 ea. for the rest: Navigator plain (which is my present to myself & today's Daily carry) nice knife I can't believe the prices. Diad Jr., Spydercard-plain, Worker commerative for $45 (I paid list price for my Collectors #47,$150) got this one, #1013 of 1200 for a bargain price. I should have spoken up sooner about the sale as of today most of the sales Spyderco's are probably gone, call them at 1-800 327-5871 and check.

Just for those who were wondering about that CF Navigator
Seems to me that this one is just an earlier Micarta™ version though
