Ordering from Amazon?

Just concerned about receiving a pos knockoff from amazon. Has anyone had any bad experiences with amazon with purchasing spyderco knives? I don't want no pos knockoff.

I purchased a Military and Delica 4 wave from Amazon in the last few months and as far as I know both are genuine (and if they aren't, the knockoff makers have excellent build quality ;) ). In my experience Amazon's customer service is pretty good so even if you did get a knockoff I would expect that they would take care of you.

Great. Just visited my local knife shop and saw a real sweet Endura4 Wave, navy blue handle, combo edge retailing for $114.00. On amazon I saw it for $68.00 and due to these challenging economic times, I must make wise financial decisions even if its catering to my spyderco fetish :p :D .

I've bought several from Amazon and never had a problem. Most of the ones I've gotten were listed as "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com".
The prices are usually competitive and sometimes pretty darn good, particularly if you opt for free super-saving shipping.

I'm an Amazon Prime user so I love to purchase from Amazon when I can. Just pay attention to whether it's in stock from Amazon or if a Marketplace user is selling it. Either way you're protected through Amazon, but there's no need to go through troubles if you don't have to. Not saying all the marketplace users are bad because I've never had an issue with one...just be aware that sometimes it won't be sold from Amazon. I purchased from Poorfish through Amazon and I was very happy. The prices are Awesome, but there's kind of a short supply. The CF Caly 3 was on sale yesterday for $100, but that's only $5 off Amazon's normal price so sometimes there's awesome deals to be had. I've also returned items and it's super easy too. Buy with confidence!

+1. Stuff that is "sold and shipped by Amazon" is genuine. You have to be careful though while purchasing from the Marketplace.
