sounds like a great wife. She's a keeper. Nice to know that your prize for getting money is something better than money. Let us know how it works for you as far as EDC or however you plan on carrying it.

well, i already have a tenacious, and it's one of my favorite edc's. but i have gotten a few looks after deploying it because of it's size.
the persistance has basically the same ergo's in a smaller package.
so far, after a week of carry, i'm totally happy with the function of this little slicer.
later,
don

Nice photos! I love hearing positive reports on the Persistence, I have a strong attachment to it. It was the model with which I made my return to the brand after a knife break of a few years, and I was just blown away by the value of it. I got it primarily so I could show it to others when they asked me about a good cheap knife, but I was surprised how much I actually liked it. Don't carry it much; I mostly use it as my go to somewhat hard use plain edge folder, and it stands up to it admirably.

I have both the tenacious and persistence. I actually find the persistence to have better ergos for me. Both are awesome knives at the price point. The persistence finds it way into my LFP more than the tenacious since I carry an E4 in my LRP. The preexistence is for my food related utility chores. BTW, excellent pics.

thanks guys!
the more i carry it, the more i like it.
now i'm just debating on how i want to do a set of scales. i could do it in green linen micarta, so it would match it's big brother, but i'm really liking the scales that bushbadger made. just dont want to be a copycat :p decisions decisions.
