How to cean knife for food

I've often thought of having a food Spydie oiled with olive oil...although IIRC I think I read something somewhere in this forum at some time about some cockamamie reason not do do that. Hey, using olive oil on everything is probably good enuf for Dr Oz, so perhaps it's worth a try! :D

I think the reason had to do with the oil actually spoiling, or something along those lines.
