Para-Military2 - Clarification/Announcement
Para-Military2 - Clarification/Announcement
Just wanted to clarify something that was recently alluded to regarding future versions of the Para-Military2.
It was mentioned that there might be a Para-Military2 coming with Carbon Fiber and CTS-20CP steel from Carpenter. Little mix-up there. So, here's the scoop!
The C81CFP2 is a Para-Military2 with Peel Ply Carbon Fiber scales and CPM-S90V (Crucible Steel). The C81CFP2 is targeted for release by the end of this year.
The C81GGY20CP2 is a Para-Military2 with Gray G-10 scales and CTS-20CP (Carpenter's equivalent to S90V). The C81GGY20CP2 will be a 2011 release.
Both of these are slated to be Sprint Runs.
And no (I'll beat ya'll to asking), I don't have any more detailed ETA info.

Gray G10 sounds sweeeeet, I think I'll eschew the regular model and save up for that version instead.

Most sprints are available at the usual dealers and this shouldn't be any exception: spydercovt, New Graham, KnifeWorks, Knife Center, Cutlery Shoppe, etc...knightfox wrote:where will we be able to get these sprint run knives? is there a certain website where they offer them... i guess the only way to get one would be the preorder correct... i believe i would most definately be interested in the peelply/ s90v... for sure
You can usually email any of these guys ahead of time and get on a pre-order list if you're worried about availability, but these sprints might be far enough out that they aren't taking pre-orders yet.
