Great too see them finally released. Looks good! But I was hoping the maroon would be out first (have had one on pre-order for quite a while).

Nice to see the 3 edges at last ... will these be coming out in dribs & drabs - when different colours are made-up by Golden ... or have all colours been assembled now and shipped?

kc sent the first few. got them. i got a bunch of these auto emails:
PLEASE NOTE: There are one or more items on this order currently not in stock. We have placed it on backorder. Your entire order should ship within 5-7 business days, if not sooner. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order.

i said i wanted them to ship idependently. so maybe the other leaf and colors are soming soon. dont know.

my point is these emails are different from the ones i got like a couple days ago. saying ALL itmes are back ordered, the whole order is on hold. these make it seem the other modles are imcoming. maybe 5-7 for the other ones. so im hoping the maroon (not the one i want the most/orange/) comes in and ships soon. love them!

Don't you think it's a bit ironic that some of the last people in the world who will get their UKPKs are the people who actually live in the UK ... and we'll probably pay the most for them

That's true but common with any international company. If Spyderco was in London the tide would be turned.

A better question is why the Ford in Europe uses advanced chassis and technology we don't see in the US. Escort Cosworth, Focus RS, and even plain-Jane using a better chassis while we are stuck with the prior archaic version.

Now...THAT is ironic ;) .

Oh sure, and I know Sal's people are working as hard as they can over there ... just seemed a bit funny really. I'll be trying hard to ignore posts on the FRNs until I can get hold of my 2 ... (puts hands over ears) "wah, wah, wah, wah" :D
