You're too kind! All I can show you are the tools. Here's the Dremel rotary tool...

And here are the carbide bits - the big one on the right, I didn't use - just the small ones. I put it there so you could see clearer what the small round one looks like. Also, the vibrating engraver is in the pic, too...

I also took a couple more pics of the knife to try and get it clearer - not sure if it worked or not...

I took a few pics of some I have and put them in "Off Topic".

I am even more impressed now Jazz. When I worked in a prison commissary, I occasionally had to engrave an inmate's ID# on a hot pot or a watch with one of those Dremel vibrating gravers. The best of my work looked like it had been done by someone with Parkinson's or the DT's. :o

Well, I can't hold that against you. ;) So, if I "lose" it, I'll know where to look?
Thanks for the compliment, and welcome to the forum JL.

I'll have to take a pic of a chef knife I engraved with one of those years ago - not to brag, just to show what a vibrating engraver can do. I engraved a few nicer than mine after - I practiced on mine first. I'll try and get a decent pic right away.

Thanks, Brisket and JT! Here're the pics I took that I engraved years ago (10-15years?) - the big knife. The paring knives were more recent. The big one is right scratched up from lots of use (that's what it's for, right?) - don't laugh at my amateur skills. :o Anyway, those vibrating engravers can be quite fun and useful.
