That is by a company called RUKO.

Cheaper knives, but I have three and they have held up.

That one is the size of a Lady Bug and I have it on my key chain.

There is a RUKO distributor down the street from me, but I don't know if its the same sort of line.

Yes, but accuracy in eBay seller descriptions is about as rare as honesty in politicians.

But it doesn't have a Spyderhole, the handle doesn't look exactly like any version of the Ladybug's and, for all we know, it may have been on the market before the Ladybug III Hawkbill. Seller is not claiming it to be a Spyderco and, aside from the serration pattern which a whole bunch of makers have adopted, I'm not seeing anything that would make anyone think it was a Spyderco.
