http://www.vessleatherworks.com/

Vadim can work up just about anything you want. I've been carrying my frn endura in one of his rigs for quite some time now (I'd have to go digging if you want a date on it, but it's at least 5-6 years now).

I'm not sure if Gary Grayley (G2) is still doing sheaths
Dave at http://www.liftersleather.com/ has some quality work too.

should be enough to get you going ;)

Just ask the man who's site you refer too :D .
Martin sheaths (aka Bambi on some forums) can make you everything you want.
Kydex or leather or even a combination of both.

Great quality and good fit and finish.
