Waaay too many. Well over 100. So here's a picture of the knives that see frequent carry:

Image
From left to right:

Victorinox Solider that I've carried every day since 2003.
Queen #31
Ka-Bar stockman that I know nothing about other than it's some nice old stag and the sharpest thing I've ever had in my life.
An early Schrade 8OT
Paramilitary

Image
But this one has been getting all the pocket time recently (along with the Soldier of course).

Throw an Izula in there and you've got my carry rotation.

I guess I should sit down and take an inventory some day though.

We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

Nice lists here guys. I to have a 'few' knives which I haven't updated properly in my collection spreadsheet. Suffice to say I have enough to fill one page and I think the count is up to 130+ ???

Tony,

Does your significant other give you flack for your impressive collection? (assuming you have one) I dont think I could get away with that. I get **** for getting a 143.00 knife every 2 months or so.

nope, none at all. we both get a certain amount of "us" money a month and what we do with it is up to us. she likes starbucks and getting her nails done, i like knives. plus now that i started modding knives i use the money i make off of that to buy more knives. she hasnt mentioned my added income yet and i am not going to bring it up. i get more crap from my friends about how much $$ i have invested in these knives but i tell them it is nothing compared to their bar tab and all they have to show for that is a hangover.

Hmmm I think I've got a few.............possibly 150 or so, only a few..........plus about another 50 or so from other makers a mix of customs and other manufacturers.

Apart from Spydies, I'm very fond of SEKI-made knives from other manufacturers such as SOG and others and have a number of Fox's and Extrema Ratio's from Italy, all Mil-types............

A lot of my Spydie colllecting is now aimed at completing series of knives such as the Dyads and Viele's from my latest shots..........I'm well on the way to completing my Native collection as well as the Manix and Lum folders.........

I don't smoke through choice and drink little, very infrequently...........my pocket money goes on knives and red-face Chrono watches, my other addiction! :D ;)

Life can be wonderful some of the time!

Regards,

BRIAN

How about only listing the knives your wives knows about? I'd bet that cuts down the list a bit.

That would be, Sage 1, Delica 4, Salt 1, S90V Mule, Tenacious, Cat, Native. :p I don't hide them deliberately, she just doesn't care to know. :D

I have around 50 or 60 Spydies, 15 to 20 Kershaws and BMs.

Latest 10: Techno, Centofante Memory, Bradley Air, Tuff, M390 Blue Para 2 (2), Yojimbo 2, Des Horn, DiAlex Junior, Native 5, Chaparral

How about a Toad?

Do live in Manhattan? I envision a large penthouse overlooking Central Park, and a large room heavily decorated with to your collection by one of the top design firms in the city. :D
