Quick camera phone pic but just got them today before they disappear. Very happy with them both. Nice little cutters!

I think these are my latest. I think I needed to go macro mode on this shot, they all came out kinda blurry, this was the best of the best.

FB for a change..
Honored Master Bladesmith Jukka Hankala made this one for me.
The blade is forged silversteel, and the handle is curly birch.
(sorry for the camera reflection on the bolster)
As a puukko fanatic, and a history enthusiastic, I've studied the history of Finnish Puukko, and Scandi knives, and this one is just as magnificent as those made by the old, long gone bladesmiths. Belongs right along with the best of them. I could not be happier.
In the ancient times, men were buried with their most valued weapons and jewelry. I would happily take this one to the other side with me.

Well thanks, I still can't bring myself to really use it.. and that's why I wanted it in the first place. This is the first Puukko, that I'm afraid to use. Just too beautiful. I'll get there, eventually...

You can still get Jukka's Puukko's, altough there's a waiting period. And from what I've heard(just a rumour), he's having some back problems, so no one knows how long he keeps forging. So if you going to get one, get it quick.
