Why Spyderco is my lifetime Prodo company

#1

Post by aj1985 »

I recently contacted Charlynn for some screws for my Manix. Even though I offered to pay for the screws she sent them out at no cost to me. :) I lost the screws and it was my stupidity, but Charlynn took care of me.

Today I received a pacakge from Charlynn. Realistically I would have been happy if I just got just the screws in an ordinary envelope, but Spyderco isn't a normal prodo company.
Little things like these are what make Spyderco number 1 in my book. Look at the postage cost and all the other stuff I got with my screws.

Thanks Charlynn, Sal and Spyderco.

I'm with ya brother. They got me for life. Now my dad is hooked too.

Spyderco has always (ALWAYS) taken care of me when I ask or need help with something. I've gotten a few packages over the years that I have been blown away by. Spyderco has the best group of people working with them in their organization. Great folks. Can't stress that enough. Kristy has even taken a lot of 'crap' from me and in return given me a LOT of leeway and still to this day treats me with great respect. I'm very thankful that when I've made mistakes people have not dropped the hammer on me.

They had a few parts left for the dodo. So they made me a new old one for being such a good customer. :)

If there were no spyderco then I wouldn't have anything to collect! I hope Spyderco maintains its exceptional standards until I am a old man surrounded by 100s of them.

I bet they have no idea just how good of a customer I am because I have never had to ask for any parts with over 100 Spydies. That is about to change, screws are falling out all over the place right now :)
