The new Byrd line, the Bison, and the Matriarch. Really liked the story behind the name.

The Balance dissapointed me, I really coudn't get a good grip on it.

Anso, PPT, Sage 3, Caly 3.5....I will be poor. I am really interested in ETA's for a lot of these models.

Hard to say. Have mild interest in the PE Matriarch, Caly 3.5, and Sage 3. None of the others do anything positive for me. Matriarch is a shelf queen only. Caly 3 is nice, but would be a lot more appealing with all screw construction so the G-10 scales could be easily replaced. Sage 3 may wind up getting pimped and see some pocket time, depends on how much better the bolt lock works for me than the caged ball.

Was the Bison there but one of the ones that can't be photographed? Is there any information that can be released to those of us who have called for it for years now?

If so, it's the one I would be most interested in of the lot.

Caly 3.5 is very pleasing to my eye. I also like the Breeden, it looks so tough. The PPT looks like a terrific user utility knife, even if intended for SD. Sadly for me, I have to draw a line somewhere, so I'll only be keeping knives made in US or Japan, oh well. The dressy delica is a little busy,... I'm pretty darn excited about the Native 4 too, missed the CF last time around. I really never liked the top swedge on the Native, and though I'm slowly accepting otherwise, I just can't accept a hard use knife w/o steel liners--bummer it's not a Goldenmade.

Sage 3 (although its the least visually stunning), Balance, Zulu, PPT. A lot of new stuff to be excited about though. I hope I get the new position I applied for at work, I'm going to need the extra cash...

I really like the Para 2. I know I blasted about the original one being perfect, and it is hard to make perfect any better, but I think Sal and gang managed to pull it off. I also like the PPT, I thought it would be bigger though. The Balance is sweet, I'll have to wait and see what type of handle they make for it though. The Delica is on my want list, but I doubt I can afford it.

There were a few that caught my eye. Since I am not sure when they will be released I don't want to start giving them priority yet.

But the ones that I am interested in.

Large Lum. I always wanted a Lum but have always been afraid that the 3" folder was a bit small for my taste.

Caly 3.5- I got a Caly 3 last year in a trade and really liked it but was a bit small. I gave it to my Dad for xmas to upgrade his Dragonfly. I hope this follows the Caly family with a SE blade.

Superleaf. I have owned a Superhawk and while the PE hawkbill didn't light my fire, the fat handle was very comfortable and filled my hand. Another i would like to see in SE.

Para 2. The Para has been on my list since I fell in love with the compression lock. But I figured I would wait for the Para 2 to come out. The redesigned handle looks like it will fit be better also.

Balance, while I like my big knives the LBK are just as awesome. And this one looks like it is very comfortable. I wonder what the blade length is?

UKPK DP FRN, while not pictured this is a knife I have been thinking about to try out the slip joint knives. That and I am going to Germany in May and want to have something to carry.

Szabo Folder. I have an obsession with larger Spyderco folders. That and it will have a compression lock which seals the deal. I doubt I will carry it as much as my Police 3. But it still looks like an interesting knife.

I am on the fence about the Matriarch. I wanted it when I first heard about the Sprint but I am unsure now.

There are a lot of great knives coming out and I fear for my wallet.

I'm a simple guy that likes knives that are comfy, tough and ergonomic. The Sage 3 is in my radar. Still waiting for something to best my Para D2....
Speaking of that, the Para 2 is "probably" heavier with more liner?

Oh man, it was a BAD idea to look at the Amsterdam Proto thread! My wallet is cringing even as I type!

I want Caly 3.5, Sage 3 and Super Leaf!

Anso Zulu--I love his designs but can't afford his customs. It's not as beautiful as his, but it still looks awesome. Second definitely is the Perrin PPT.

Sage3 really got my attention ;) And I'd like to see the Squeak hitting the market soon, with a decent MSRP (60$ or less?)

The PPT is the one that impressed me the most, but the Caly 3.5 is the one I'll probably end up using the most.

- Sage 3 (gotta have it)
- Balance (looks cool - maybe gotta have it?)
- Superleaf (like it - not sure if I gotta have it)
- Caly 3.5 (would like to handle one before considering buying)

I love the Manix 2, but the clear FRN scales don't get it done for me. It reminded me of some kind of medical device (albeit a large, bladed medical device).

For me, I am most looking forward to the: TiUKPK and CFUKPK. I will likely also get (budget permitting): PPT, Zulu, Manix2 FRN, Para 2, and CF Lum (in that order).

Sage 3
Para 2
Caly 3.5

These for sure. The rest, as my budget allows.
