#1

Post by cosmo7809 »

Hey guys, I have a Mini Persian that I dont use but I just love the look/feel of the knife. I have been trading some spydies and thought about trading this as well... Should I? I know its discontinued but you can still find them here and there.

Thanks.

Sometimes you gotta kick at the darkness until it bleeds daylight.

If your not going to use it then I would either display it so you can enjoy looking at it or sell it and get a knife you will use. You can always find the older, rare, collectible spyderco's because most people won't use them and some day the money looks better then the knife in the safe. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!

Chris,
It is very sad that you didn't beleive me, when we talk about this in the morning, and still have doubts. Keep it, use it or I can take it. Enjoy this delicious cutting instrument. It is true, that you can still find them, but there are less and less places, which have them. Also, did anybody tell that one Persian is enough? :D Just check with Daniel.

Roman!

I see why hes changing his mind now, you are pushing him in the wrong direction. I thought we were going to have a nice peaceful 3 way trade :)

Keep the mini persian, they are nice knives and there isnt really a whole lot in the current lineup that can touch em.

Delica and Endura are great knives! They're the low priced crack samples that'll get you hooked on spyderco! Feed the need!

Wise choice and Roman has become wiser for listening to my earlier advice - do not underestimate the Mini Persian ! It is like a concentrated version of the Large Persian and NOT a watered down iteration !

In many respects I think the Mini Persian is a better knife than the larger brother
