Ah, flashlights (my other newfound ...er, hobby).
+ 1 on the Fenix LD01. It's about the size of a Chapstick tube. It's 80 lumens on high (20 or so on med and maybe 2 on low) runs on AAA- for a LONG time on readily available lithiums. Great light!
I have a Novatac 85T, but it's just too fat for (jeans) pocket carry so it stays on the nightstand. I have a Zebralight H01W for a head light and a H60W for a task light. My new orange MD2 is my business light .

My EDC.
My EDC Leatherman Crunch, Paramilitary, Sony Ericcson 395, Fenix PD30, I also wear a Traser H3 watch in my opinion is one of the best watch of it's kind on the market today, Traser are the company who make Luminox watches.

I EDC Spyders always
BLASPHEMY!!!! TAKE THIS GUY OUT AND STONE HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!! :Dssmtbracer wrote:What other things do you guys carry besides a Spyderco knife?
No seriously I do carry a few items other than my sacred Spyders. I carry a Surefire E2D Defender flashlight. And believe it or not I'm now carrying a Spyderco "Doublestuff" stone in my side leg pocket on my Carhartt jeans.
And I do violate the rules and occasionally carry my old Benchmade ( sorry about the language ladies :D ) model 640, Phil Boguszewski Spike, Which I believe is one of the top 5 knife designs of all time.
My current EDC Spyders are my hallowed G-10 Spyderco Harpy, ATS-55, SE and my Golden Colorado USA Earth made Spyderco Native model, SE, 440V.
When I'm working I also carry my Victorinox Swiss Tool multi-tool. And then it varies depending on my needs for that particular day. >> JD

It's a great steel that begs to be used and abused, why not EDC it? Personally I carry a D2 Para-Military everyday. I did happen to get a Orange Military for Christmas and I think that monster will be robbing a lot of pocket time from my Para-Military.SmoothOne25 wrote:why does everyone edc a d2 para? not another steel one? my d2 mili and para get little use and yet i see eveyrone has them as edc...
