First Spydie!!

#1

Post by ChaosSpear »

So, as some of you may remember, I ordered my first spydie before christmas, and today, it finally came! :spyder:

It is a byrd meadowlark in g10. Just opened the package about half an hour ago, and its great. This is my first g10 knife as well, so everything was new to me.

So far I love it. I cant get it to fly open, but I have been working on the spydie drop and 1 handed closing (it has been a long time since I had a lockback).

Sadly I cannot get any pictures up right now, but I will when I can (hopefully this week). And by then I will actually have a better opinion.

But right now, where would I be able to pick up some paracord for a small lanyard? I was thinking maybe this weekend I would be able to go to JoAnn's fabric or Micheal's craft supply.

Congrats Chaos. I'm sure it won't be your last either.

originally i got it because the finger choil, and it was cheap. i like cheap. all my knives have been ~20. due to the fact that they have been getting lost out in the wilderness.
