How much Spydies did you lose over the years?
Fortunately I've never lost my Spydies for more than a day or two (my Delica has a habit of falling under my bed), but I did lose a SOG Twitch II that I've still not found, and eventually bought a replacement. The combination of a fairly low-mounted clip (for a SOG) and the more slippery texture from the aluminum handle lead to it popping out of the pocket every now and then.
Lost a couple of knives...a Case and a CRKT...haven't lost a Spyderco yet though.
My Spydies: Sharpmaker • Tasman Salt • Saver Salt • Ladybug Hawkbill Salt • Salt 1 • Blue/Gray Meerkat • Burgundy Meerkat • Manix2 Ltwt Translucent Blue • Manix2 Ltwt Blacked Out • Manix2 Backlock • Ladybug 1 Red • Blue UKPK • Tusk • Blue Lava • Dog Tag • Bug • Honeybee • Grasshopper • Stepped Ti Chaparral • McBee • AEB-L Urban
two -- lost a SE scorpius in a taxi cab in Lusaka (Zambia's capital). had my beloved 440V CE Vampyrewolf Mili stolen from my bag from a housekeeper at Peace Corps provincial headquarters in Solwezi (also in Zambia), just a day or two before leaving the country.
totally bummed about both losses, but i've moved on. :D

I've sold a few, given away more than a few, loaned one out that melted, broke one myself, and mislaid a bunch of them for short periods, but I've never lost a Spyderco. Never lost any other knives either, but did have one stolen many years ago. For that matter, can't recall the last time I lost anything of value, which is pretty amazing considering how absent minded I can be at times.

I have never lost one but had one stolen , all know who replaced it . My ' lost ' were gifts which are several and have good homes . Regards MG2
My SE Endura (my first Spydie) is missing in action. I hope it turns up around the house as it did before when I found it in a closet. I plan on getting a replacement in the meantime.

I'm freaking out a little because I just realized that I can't find my edc Sage 2. I'm pretty sure that it fell out of my pocket when I stuffed my pants into a locker at the gym. I make a point of not taking expensive knives there normally but I forgot today, gah I could kick myself. Here's to hoping it turns up there tomorrow, hopefully it's in the locker or if somebody found it they turned it in.
Good luck finding yours too Jarhead90.

I lost an Endura III a couple of years ago on one of my adventures. I also lost a Military during an emergency in floodwaters at the beginning of the year. Interestingly, I had taken a couple of Salt knives with me but decided on my trusty Millie instead - the bigger blade and handle was probably the deciding factor.
Both have happily been replaced (and then some!).

Found it later last night, I had been laying in bed earlier reading and when I went to bed later there it was. I guess it slipped out of my pocket then *phew*.npueppke wrote:I'm freaking out a little because I just realized that I can't find my edc Sage 2.
