H1 Logo Question

#1

Post by Freediver »

Hey folks,

I know there have been a lot of threads talking about the 1 on the H1 logo rusting but I was wondering if anyone has had any trouble with the logo being possibly scratched?

I looked down at my knife this morning and noticed that the "1" on the H1 logo on my spyderhawk looked like it was almost coming off. My first thought was it was rust so I tried some break free and scratched at it with my finger nail, but no luck.

I tried to take a picture but my camera isn't the greatest so it's too blurry to see. I know it doesn't really matter as it is purely cosmetic and I actually use the thing, but any suggestions? Thanks.

Haha alright good. Rmc85 thanks for the picture, mine isn't quite there yet but it's on the way. I guess I'll have to use it some more to catch up. What an amazing knife.

H1 scratches really easily, so I wouldn't worry as more are sure to come. My 1 is still not rusted thankfully but the blade is littered with character marks ;)

Your welcome!

Being in Florida H1 is some amazing stuff. I love taking it out on the water.

It's funny you mentioned this. I recently just took mine to the beach (something you really shouldnt do anyways...i.e. sand in the pins), and a really funny thing happened to my H1 logo. I can't even really explain it so I'll have to post a pic of it in the next day or so.
