Forum Native, FRN Native (4), Persistence for comparison. I didn't include the 2nd Forum Native. I'm not very good with a camera. ;)

We could collect them all here in this thread.

Will contribute to the thread in about 10 days, when the Native will arrive.

UPS says mine will be here Tuesday, but I'm not holding my breath. The Swick I ordered for a buddy got misplaced, replaced, then delivered a month later. At least they were prompt in picking it back up. Whenever it shows up, there will be pictures. :D

got my forum natives in today along with my 3 back up swicks i hope not to lose them but you never know what life throws at you. The forum native is my first native and i must say i'm impressed. Very Ergonomic and SHARP!!! feels like the CF manix 2 which some of you know was SCAREY and so is the native. I just wish they made more FFG natives i'd buy em but since this is the only FFG native under 150 (CF Native FFG vg-10) i geuss i'll just have to use this one and keep the other for show. Don't worry guys it's worth the wait. Mine has no blade play what so ever and i was kinda weary of a pinned together construction. All in all seems like a solid knife i'll let ya know when i do some heavy cutting with it Almost forgot it's also MADE IN THE USA for the price an S30V knife is a steal at this margin i dunno how sal does it FRN must be really cheap or he's just a generous guy i vote for the latter of the two

Got mine and I do think that these are the best forum knives to date except maybe for the blue G10 Native.

J Smith.. want to send me another one that will have the same loop length as the one in your pictures once "attached?" I say attached, because obviously that one is threaded through and I won't be able to do that. :(

Let me know and I'll send the money....

I don't know how some of you take such clear pictures of reflective objects. Here is a shot of four forum natives.

Delivered this afternoon. Sequim is the Lavender capitol of North America and I'm sure there are varieties that match this knife. Unfortunately the harvest was a month ago and the remaining plants have lost most of there color. From our yard:

They look fantastic! I missed this one, but am holding out for the upcoming Native 4. It'll have a FFG blade and a tip-down option, so I'll be in heaven. Seeing the four forum Natives together makes me want to kick myself for letting my blue G-10 Native go a few years back. I wasn't using it, but it was still a dumb move.

If it helps any, mine were taken outside on an overcast day - no flash.

Nice pic, westfork. I didn't know the blue G-10 forum knife was available in a choice of PE or SE. Does that mean there were 300 of each edge type or 150 plain and 150 serrated?

I knew the answer to that at one time
I believe the final production figure contained both types. This included the non-engraved ones that did not sell as forum knives. I have the non-engraved partially serrated blue G-10 that originally sold as a collectors' club piece and I think I have also seen non-engraved plain edge. Too many years ago.

Thanks, I also try to use sunlight when possible. Probably a tripod is needed for highly detailed shots though.
