My Military

Probably not everyones cup of tea, but here's my EDC (Along with my Tasman Salt). It's a CPMD2 Military with digital camo scales, reprofiled to a thinner edge and I let a patina form on it. Now it looks sort of like a coated digicamo millie. In time I'll buff off the rusty spots some and even out the edge bevel more, but it works great as is. The CPMD2 gets hair whittling sharp and holds an edge very well with the thin edge. Excuse the low quality cell phone pictures, forgot my Canon at the house.

A little patina never hurt a knife, gives it some character and it actually looks like you might use that knife. That thinner edge sure does work well on almost all knives, especially those nice full flat ground blades.

Great looking knife, Vivi. I just sent my CPM D2 Millie off for a Rockwell test, so tomorrow I should know how hard it is. I know mine has been an excellent performer that gets really sharp and cuts like crazy.

Looks good to me. Enjoy your souped up knife. ;)
