Thanks, Sypderco

Post by Peruna »

I just wanted to say thank to Sal, Kristi, and all the other employees of Sypderco not only for their work on the 2009 Forum knife but also for their work on here every day. I can honestly say that I have found few companies with as excellent customer service and customer appreciation as Spyderco. I genuinely appreciate their response to customer issues and consideration of customer ideas. Without the owners and employees of Sypderco we would not have this community, where I have learned more about knives than I ever thought I would.

Thank you. I am a proud owner of the 2009 Sypderco Forum Knife.

I cannot think of another company that is run the way this one is run.

Car manufacturers could take a lot of lessons from Warranty and Repair (and I wish they would!). EVERYBODY who works there it seems is ready to do what they can to help you. Even if it is not their "department", they will help you find the right "department" or person you need to talk to. Even the company president addresses problems and gets involved. They actually listen to what their customers have to say and try to (and DO) get some products out that have been requested by the customers. The Chokwe, Hawkbill Ladybug, and H1 Spyderhawk are the first ones that come to mind (I'm sure there are others, I just don't know ALL of them).

So, a big THANX to ALL of you! From Sal, Kristi, Charlynn, Rachel, to all the ones I missed, THANX for being the best!
