Alibaba.com, you should check out the fakes on kh1231.com. Fake Tops, Dark-Ops, Spyderco. Literally you'll laugh and be shocked.

Do you have a specific link for the fake Kopa? That would be incredibly helpful.

The two-tone "pearl" really shouldn't confuse anyone here. On the other hand, the jigged bone and carbon fiber ones might, assuming they look anything like the pictures. Then again, since the pictures appear to be lifted from Spyderco, there's at least a chance they won't.

Saw one of the horn handled mid locks with the "Volpe" style blade on eBay a while back. It was listed as a "one of a kind custom" with a reasonable enough sounding back story that I didn't think much of it.

Any advice on where to buy a real Kopa? My computer crashed and I lost all my links. :(

Fake Kopas, how can they legally sell an exact copy of someone else's work? The Spyderhole is no longer exclusive to Spyderco correct? I see so many name brands stealing that one.

Any reputable dealer. New Graham Knives, Tom Berry (Spydercovt), Spydieguys, KnifeCenter, and a number of others, for example.

As for the hole yes, it's being ripped off more and more, and not just by the Chinese.

Thanks so much Deacon. ;)
And I remember that angry discussion about that Benchmade with a Spyderhole about 2 years ago?

Hey tazkristi check out http://kh1231.com/pinpai.asp?pinpai_id=25 the most blatant rip-offs I've ever seen. They rip-off benchmade, tops, dark-ops, gerber, buck too.
