Is anyone going? They show Spyderco as having a booth, will I be lucky enough to see any prototypes? :D

Hi B-Elliot,

Spyderco has a booth there. Kelly, Spyderco's sales manager will be there for the 3 days. I am scheduled to be there part Friday and all day Saturday.

We hadn't planned on bring protos to the show.

Sal,
Thanks for the heads up on the Proto's :( , but I am still excited about the show. Plenty of already released models I still need to check out. I guess you're already on the way, but I hope to see you there.

Tom,
I will definitely take a peek at your table too.

Cheers,
Brent

Sorry to say I won't be attending the show. A situation developed at home that will keep me in Colorado for a while.

Sorry to hear that Sal, although I do understand, and I think its the best call. It has been nice seeing you on the forums more!

Sorry to hear you didn't make the show Sal! Would have enjoyed talking with you at a less hectic venue than Blade... I think we passed in the elevator!

Take care of your family first!

Wow, sorry to hear that you won't make it Sal. I would have loved to meet you in person!!

I went today, however, and met Kelly. I had a great conversation with her and got to play with some knives I've only seen on the internet. I love meeting the people behind some of my favorite knives!

I stopped by Tom's table and spoke with him for a bit....

Looks like my wife is going to "surprise" me with a TK1 of my very own for my birthday this year! :D

Great meeting you too Tom!

First thing I did after getting home was to dig out my La Grifffe.

I can't wait to bring it by your shop so you can work your magic on it!
