I ran into that same problem when I tried viewing the supplement within my browser. Try right-clicking on the link & selecting "save as" and save it to your hard drive. Then open it with Adobe Reader. At least that's what I did.

Thanx, but I already did that, same result. I think the version of adobe that I am using is just too old for the newer pdf style. So I'm stuck until I can get a replacement computer.

Like I said at BF, this is the best format I've seen for the product catalogs, and I hope it is used in future catalogs.

SpyderPal wrote:I have installed the latest Reader version.

I can open the Supplement, but all I can do is scroll through approx. 47% sized pages.

I am not offered the usual Reader options
(e.g. to download the Supplement or increase the page size to be able to read the text).

This problem only occurs with the Supplement - I have tried to re-download the main catalog and it still works fine.

Did somebody face the same problem and was able to solve it?

Many thanks for your help!

If you gent's haven't figured it out yet, you can save the file by choosing "File > Save As" from menu bar in IE, or "File > Save Page As" from the menu bar in Firefox. Once downloaded you do get a warning message saying the document wants to open in full sreen mode when you open it in Acrobat, but you can say NO to that and it will open normally.

I really like the layout of information on that. The measurements on top of the blade make it much easier to compare the knives.

Thanks everyone for your feedback! We're test driving several new catalog formats and layout ideas and your input is appreciated. Ideally our upcoming 2010 catalog will be more user firendly than ever before!

Dear all,

many thanks for your help and care! :) :) :)

Why should one use the easy way, when there are lengthy ones ...
All the best for you,

The catalog layout is great - the best yet I think.

Is the ZDP FRN Stretch the same blue-ish color FRN as the Delica ZDP sprint?

Same problem here.

I just right-clicked on the link and clicked "Save as..", then opened up the file after it was saved. Worked pretty well.

EDIT: opps, forgot to refresh this page from last night. :o

I was eyeing Tasman Salt for awhile now. And, wow, here comes this supplement with all great models, including H1 Spyderhawk everyone is raving about.

What's the main and biggest difference between these two models?
(Would we need the whole new topic for this?)

We've put up a second version of the file. The file that is noted as "Scrollable" is a standard pdf file. Hopefully that will clear up the issues that some of you have had. ;)

Very nice job, now im waiting new dragonfly, just this morning i tried to use mine FRN but i noticed the clip loose little bit the power and dont bite very well and secure my border pocket expecially summer trousers not heavy like jeans so i leave again in box i dont want loose...So i hope to buy soon one new G10.I think dragonfly its a very elegant and capable knife.
And i will wait terzuola! In the beginning i dont liked it but now i changed idea with time i started to like it, i will think at one if price will be human...

The difference is purely size (about 1 inch). The Spyderhawk uses the Endura 3 / Pacific Salt handle, while the Tasman uses the smaller Delica 3 / Salt 1 handle.

Same construction, same clip, etc.

I am a big fan of the Tasman - my favorite SE knife.

Thanks for the summer reading, Kristi. I'll have to print it on drool-proof paper.
