The Walker I got maybe eight years ago (?) and has seen some hard use. The Impala, I got three years ago, and the RockSalt about three months ago.

Usually when a collector only has a few Spydies, it is because they are new and the collection consists of some mix of Delica, Enduras, and Natives. Not so in this case. Nice collection!

Welcome to the forums. :)
I love the Impala, with, or without the gut-hook.

I LOVE my Impala, the feel in the hand and the smoothness. My favorite knife, by far. I like it so much that I haven't cut anything with it, nothing since I got it, because I don't want to 'ruin' the edge. A bit silly, I know. The RockSalt has been in the backyard goofing off a few times, and in the kitchen a lot as well. I know you guys understand why I felt it was worth every penny. I have a Benchmade Mini-stryker for my ecd, but that is the limit of my decent knives.

Thanks for the welcomes!

I love the Impala....actually never seen one before. How long is the blade? I love the jimping at the tip of the blade for detailed cutting..

Blade is 3 3/4, it is really cool for hand placement, actually placing your thumb all the way at the end for that detail...very natural feel in the hand.

That Rock Salt is a lot of fun to carry on backpacking trips, tip-up on the shoulder strap, but too big for anything in my daily routine, except to stare at it. :D
