Going to see Sevendust and Revery this weekend. I can't stand rap or country but I really love the oldies but goodies: Bobby Darin, Ella Fitzgerald, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra. And classic rock!

1970s time machine

I was cruising down memory lane on YOUTUBE this morning and pulled up an old live video of KISS ( the hottest band in the land :cool :) . They sure did an excellent version of "Firehouse" live.

I also pulled up a 70s video of Jethro Tull and their great tune known as "Minstrel In The Gallery". It's music of that genre that makes me want to find a time travel machine :D

Deep Purple was another band of that era that was terrific

Just got back from a performance by the local philharmonic orchestra of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 4 in G minor Op. 58 and Symphony No. 1 in C major Op. 21

I love live music, be it Blues, Classical, Rock, whatever. Great energy.

if you don't get it right away, keep listening. you only really start to understand it the sixth or seventh listen. geogaddi is great, too. the newer album, not so much.

the best way to listen to BoC is on vinyl... :D
