It seems a lot of the high end manufacturers use S30v as their "flagship" steel.

I only wish Spyderco would follow suit. ;)

Hey I hate to ask this on a spyderco forum lol but whats the orange and black model at the bottom?? I like it :)

Looks like a Benchmade Doug Ritter Griptilian w/ Wilkins scales

Those aftermarket scales cost more than the knife itself

I adore all three UKPKs I own and the DKPK. I'll probably be adding to their number very soon. What I'm really looking forward to is the UKStretchPK. I reckon that it'll see off all Slipit competition for my pocket space. :)

Not surprised at all. The UKPK is a great knife. I carry one everyday.
IMO it's one of the best value S30V knives available by any manufacturer.

Yeah I gotta say, I love those Kevin Wilkin's Griptilian Scales. Those make the Grip a totally different knife.
