Does anyone know where I can find the correct size Fisher space pen ink? I admit I haven't done a lot of looking, but I haven't seen them on Office Max (and the like) or Target's websites.

Try Staples. It's just the "Fisher Universal Refill". If they don't have it, this place and this place do.

We began offering the refills a few weeks ago through BaliYo.com. You can also call SFO to order one over the phone. (800) 525-7770 x 107.

Did you already exhaust the ink in the original cartridge?

Hi THG,

Man, you really write a lot!

It's a special cartridge. It comes with the special mechanism needed to screw in and out.

Is there instructions on how to remove the ink cartridge? I've tried to unscrew mine but met resistance. I don't want to force it and end up stripping or breaking it :o

It got me through one semester of note taking. I guess it's proof that I'm paying attention :)

Yeah, I think the instructions on the DVD were a bit unclear. Do this:

1. Hold the plastic tip part of the pen (the plastic above the brass ring) with your left hand

2. Turn the brass ring clockwise (clockwise when looking into the tip hole)

It'll unscrew, and you'll be able to see the insides.

That worked like a charm. Thanks, THG.
