That would be like buying an off the shelf racecar that could compete with the Porche, ferrari, BMW teams, etc.The competition bradley model is a -big- fixed blade, it was shown at last year's Amsterdam Meet. I didn't see it in the concept model or prototype case this year.
It would probably be expensive too.
My guess is that due to the economy some of the more expensive and or specialized knives will not make it to production status.....yet. Some may come back later, some not. Difficult decisions for the management team. Joe

I've been patiently waiting for more news about this one. If my memory is working correctly today, I seem to recall that this will be a liner lock with Carbon fiber handle . Maybe someone in the know might be able to let us in on at least the blade shape and length.
.... Hopefully Sal will have enough M4 stock left over to do a Para run

A Chinook III or Manix II in M4 would be very nice.

I thought you meant this type of M4 folder :)

This would be marketing suicide. If this knife was made what reason would there be to buy any other knives in the future? I would buy two or three of them. Then sell all my other knives to people who were unaware of the M4 Para being available, and never have to buy another knife as long as I live. :)jezabel wrote:

How about a Gayle Bradley folder in M4?

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.
Drool is now escaping my mouth. Pairing a pretty tough steel that gets extremely sharp like M4 with some tough cutting mothers like the Chinook 3 or Manix 2 would be oh so sweet. I wouldn't be disappointed over a Millie or Para in M4 either.thombrogan wrote:A Chinook III or Manix II in M4 would be very nice.
