Need some advice

#1

Post by Steelman »

I have some doubles of a few older knives that I would like to get rid of. What is the best way to sell them? Ebay? Gun shows? Craigs list?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Regards,
Doug

allot of us Spyderco Forum people use the forums at knifeBST.com to buy and sell knives.
Knifeforums.com also has a section for selling/trading, without having to sign up for a paid membership

I like to buy from the forums, rather than on eBay. Thats just a preference.

Hope this helps.

If they are new in box I think Ebay will bring you more money

Assuming you have an account, and good feedback, the I'd say, regardless of condtion, eBay will bring the best prices. However, in your part of the country, gun shows may be another viable option.

Speaking as a collector who use to do a LOT of buying, the great majority of my older Spydercos came from eBay, a few dozen from BladeForums Exchange, and a handful from KnifeForums.
