Spyderco runs as a business exactly the way I'd like a company I run to do it, from a customers perspective.
innovation, service, support, and responsiveness to the changing markets by being available to,and in tune with the customer base.
I was just thinking I don't really have a clue how the employees are treated. I'd say that however they are treated they are a hardworking, sharp, decent bunch of people. That typically means they are treated fairly.
