Wow, looks like I'm gonna have to get another Paramilitary, or 3.
I like the look of the G10 Poliwog but the Leafstorm blade looks weird. It looks smaller than the real Kevin Wilkins one. I hope it's just a bad looking proto.
Thanks Kristi (and the SpyderCrew) for all your hard work! Awesome Catalog!

I'm lamenting the loss of one of my favorites, the Lava, but I don't think I will stay disappointed for too long because the Leafstorm looks like it will replace the Lava with ease, I will be getting one for sure. Urban is pretty neat too.

G10 Poliwog... im gunna need one of those now.
What kinda liners does the New Poliwog have? It would be sweet if it were linerless.
G10 Poliwog... the new Dodo??? :)
Its funny that the Poliwog got its upgrade to G10, and yet we dont see the G10 Lava... or the Maxi-Lava.
Seems like most people on here have been beggin for the G10 lava, and not so hot on the poliwig... and yet its the poliwog that gets the upgrade.
I hope to soon see the G10 "Maxi-Lava" Maybe it will make the 2009 Suppliment.
I'm very excited about the JD Smith Sprint... even if it is Foliage green
I thought the Urbans would be made in the USA, and with CPM steel... I guess i misread that somewhere....
I'd like to see some Salts made with allitle bit "better" construction. Maybe some Screw-together salts, or some G10 salts, or some Big ol' beefy salts... like a Manix or chinook style Salt. I'd like to see a "Military Salt" But with a Big-boy choil, and maybe the blade dropped off a bit (like were seeing in the new Police, and the E3 verses the E4)
I'm supprised that the Captain, the Spins, some of the hossoms and the S made it into the 2009 lineup. I thought for sure some of those would be out to make way for new knives.

Okay Sal,
so you've obviously been ducking our Leafstorm questions because of the surprise factor of the catalogue, but now i think it's fair to hear an ETA!!! What a great looking knife. You guys really kept to the spirit of the original design. Great choice in colors too.

It's ETA not CTA (confirmed - Okay, I made that up, but you get the idea

A Wine Company used to advertise "We will release no wine before it's time.".
I don't mind the release schedule, I'm just glad to see some of these greaet knives are on the path to me!
Just enjoy the journey.

g10 polliwog looks awesome - made me look at the regular polliwog too now - then I remembered why I didnt lik the SS one - 4.1oz seemed to heavy for something so small.. but the low rider clip and g10 coming in @ 2.5oz looks like a real winner.
If it came in SE ... mmmm
that and the CF kiwi - that thing just oozes class in its design.
Ill add those two to this years list:
perisan
phoenix
d'allara
