My Civilian

Post by fishwatcher »

Is aluminum, w/ a titanium oxide coating, and kraton grip inserts.

Does this sound right? I bought it years and years ago, and can't find an official description of this version of the Civilian. I believe this version is no longer sold. There are a few minor scratches on the handle only, and I was wondering if this might be valuable in a trade for another Spydie. I'm looking for something slightly more utilitarian, and something that would be nice. Any suggestions?

You have a tufram civilian, which is how they where originally produced. Depending on what blade type, it should be worth somewhere about 130+

Yeah, if its a Tufram Civilian, its definately worth something! You probably shouldn't have any problem trading if off to someone interested. ( I know a LOT of people who would be! )

Take care!

Hi Fishwatcher! Welcome to Spyderland! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

If you want rid of that Civi, there are numerous people on this forum who would give their front teeth for a Tuffram in good condition.

Ask the forum, and I'm sure your e-mail will be deluged with offers to buy or trade. Good Luck! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Keepin' it real...real sharp, that is.
