I just got a Hossom Woodlander FB18!! Scored this one on Ebay. (Great price!) I took my time and waited for the right knife at the right price. I have a short list of must have Spydercos and I check Ebay regularly for one of them at a good price.
I love it. It certainly exceeds my expectations for a production blade. The handles are gorgeous. Green is my favorite color. It's much heavier than I expected. Not battle ax heavy but I could certainly use it for chopping if the need ever comes up. This one will probably see more kitchen duty than anything else.
I just wanted to share my excitement with people who could understand what I'm experiencing. There's nothing like a new knife for a knife junkie!
I took a quick pic along with my Street Beat. The sun was going down so its not quite the quality you guys are used to seeing around here.
