Who likes a new FRN Dyad Jr.

#1

Post by Derkomai »

Sorry for just another ‘any interest for a …’ thread, but would anyone be interested in a :spyder: FRN Dyad Jr.? A sprint run maybe?

In FRN, because is it lightweight, inexpensive and it comes in great colours: bright orange or yellow. Or what about one side (SE) in a bright colour and the other side (PE) in black!

The steel could have an upgrade from ATS-55 to VG-10.

The only thing I would like is some form of attachment: a metal clip if possible or otherwise a lanyard hole for a split ring. Or better yet, a bail like the one on the Wenger Standard Issue.

A knife like that would really, really make me happy! :D

Well, there is one on display at Dump 2000 in Amsterdam for only a hefty 95 euro (about 150 USD)!!!

But for you… no problem man. ;) :D

There is a Dyad Salt in the works. Don't have an ETA, though.

I'm an admirer of Spyderco's designs. Using them is like immersing yourself in music or studying a painting in a museum. I buy some "fine" art but my preference is for usable art.

That is right, but I think it will be ‘a bit smaller than the old C44’ according to Sal.

I am looking forward to de :spyder: Dyad Salt, but the greedy person that I am, I would also like a smaller version (in VG-10 or in H-1) to take to the work floor.

A junior and a senior H-1 Dyad sounds good.
