I don't consider my hand on the small side yet the little Cricket feels secure in about any grip ;)

What a terrific knife it is :cool:

Arend, your pics just cement within me the burning desire for an SE Cricket! :D

I'd better watch it, I've got an SE Tasman and SE Dodo, and I want an SE Cricket, SE Saver Salt, and SE Ladybug. If I'm not careful, I might turn into... you. :p

Nice pics!! I love the SS Cricket, too. Great little knife! :cool:

One question: Where is the "normal" liner position when opened? My liner is at 2/3 on a new knife and that concerns me a little bit because I think it is already very "close to the end".

I hope you understand my question and sorry for my bad english. :)

Mine (the one in the pics) does too.

I mailed a photo of it to customer's service and they assured me the knife was save.

Furthermore I don't think the lock will fail on you(mine hasn't and I put some rather hefty stress on the lock at times)

I am not concerned that the lock will fail but that the liner will travel to the other side by using it here and then.

I tend to hold most of my Spyders like this, the hole makes for an excelent gripping surface and allows great control of the blade.
