Updated Spyders, what's next

#1

Post by TK »

Hello,

after all the updated Spyders, I'm wondering what knife will be next. It all started with the D4/E4. The new Police, Military, Paramilitary are in the works. I've heard rumers, that a new Lil' Temperance will be available sometime. These knives are all classics. But one classic is missing. What about an updated Civilian, a Civilian2? I haven't heard anything about it. Will we ever see an upgrade on the Civilian? If so, what would you like to be done?

These are my suggestions:
» enlarged Spyderhole, 14mm
» 4-way-clip, incl. low rider
» skeletonized liner
» choil
» jimpings on ramp and choil
» pb-washer
» concealed tang when closed

"No! You're thinking of a man with two knives."

Hi Thomas,

I agree with all of your suggestions, plus a removable wave and maybe a ball-cage lock. The new Superhawk has many of the features requested.

In addition to the above suggestions I would add:
a stronger tip, I haven't broken one but i've read about numerous others doing so.
