Mule team Sold out already WOW

Is this a glitch are all pieces gone, because people just went to town and ordered like 5 to 10 each or something :eek:

Cmon people we need answers and we need them now :D

Hey folks, dont worry. The SFO only had 50 on the site to start with, just means they sold the first 50. So they will be back up and running in no time. They are for sure not sold out of the first 600 peices. So dont worry, it aint over yet.

This is a serious problem that can only be solved by having a sit in of some sort in SAL's Office. Alright who's with me :D

:D My sources are the SFO. I was at the shop today when the Mules when live online, so I know what they listed. Dispite the fact that the SFO is right next to the factory, they still have to order from the factory just like any other dealer. Their first order was for only 50 Mules. But since they are the only dealer for the mules I have no doubt (because they told me :) ) that they can get more in no time, or at least in a few days.

I'm with you, (yes I dont care that I already have the Mules.... I'll bring them then all you can see them) I really just want to come cause I bet Sal's office is really cool. :D

You sure you haven't been compromised. You might be a double agent or even a triple agent trying to get all the Mules for yourself. :D

I knew you had them all, and your holding all the mules hostage I see. Well if the Canadians can capture Vimy Ridge getting some mules from you is not gonna be a problem. :D

I seem to recall there being a limit of two per customer. Since I said from the beginning that I was in for two each of however many they made, I ordered my two as soon as I saw them listed (I've only been checking the New Knives listing about eleven times a day) :D

Dont feel bad about ordering 2. If thats what you signed up for, then buy two. I feel like alot of people at didnt sign up or any are buying these. I would bet that the 2nd steel run sells about half as many, and then the 3rd gets you to the real steel junkies that are actually interested.

I just wonder, is Sal's office filled with lots of drawings, messy papers all around, rare one offs, gifts from all the designers he has worked with, or is it a stainless steel and pristine workarea? Maybe it just has a car model on a shelf and a picture of his family on the desk by his monitor... :D

Well, I hope there is a way to reserve one if there are more left for those of us who have sent in the e-mails and participated in the Mule Team threads for months hoping to get to buy the end result. Since I can't be shackled to my computer 24/7 I would hate to have it be a crap shoot whether or not I can buy one of these knives based on when I log on. They must have realeased these late today, because I called the SFO at noon pacific and was told the mules weren't out yet. Bad timing on my part, but I will really be pissed if I don't get the chance to buy one after waiting for so long after all of the build up in the Mule Team threads.

I don't often post on here. Seems that often someone has beaten me to the punch or I just generally agree with the general consensus.
I am sure many of you are in the same boat as me about the mule team. Looking forward to this, checking two or three times a day, and waiting. The first round is released, and they are gone fast. That part doesn't worry me. What worries me is when I read someone ordered four! Is there some way to ensure that those of us that sent the e-mails and watched the site will be able order at least one in the next group?

I believe Tazkristi mentioned already in the Mule team post that the limit is 2 per customer :) I got my order in for one tonite

Seems that there should be plenty to go around after the "intial hype"
Here's some info from the stickied thread from Tazkristi:

"Sales are on a first come first served basis. Once the quantity made is sold out, that variation will be gone. We will initially set a maximum allowed of 2 pieces per person/address, but we do reserve the right to change this limit at any time. If you are a collector these 2 pieces are in addition to your collector numbered piece..."
