What a windfall !

To : ALL

I just stopped by my local Remington

dealer ( to peruse knives, not electric shavers ! ) And saw a C 41BK "Native";

I noticed it didn't have a price, the

store owner told me it was a "floor

model" and, after that he'd carry them

no more. I inquired the price, and got

an amazing deal of $ 39.99 !!!! Having

no cash on hand I borrowed the money

from a VERY good friend, and now have

the "steal-of-the-century". I might add it

( the 'Native" ) handles beautifully, and

shows no sign(s) of wear and tear one

might expect of a "floor model". Great

scoop, forumites ! As the song goes :

"My mama told me, you'd better shop around

!

Excellent deal, Allen!

I love my Native FRN & Native SS. My FRN Native is my everyday carry. It has an amazing "feel" for a knife. Very ergonomic and comfortable to hold.

Congrats on your new acquisition! I am sure it will soon become your favorite.

LOL means laughing out loud..

After a few months of lurking, I've think I've been able to figure out the following, more knife specific ones: (corrections, please)

SKU: saw in a post that it's Stock Keeping Unit

EDC: Every-day carry. (Although many of us like to switch our EDC's..)

ELU: This one has me stumped. At first I thought it was some sort of special group of Spydie testers or some such. Maybe End Line User?

I bet the mechanism was partly broken in also, sweetening the deal.

Knife Knut on a shoestring budget.
