well here is my latest - my wife was very nice and gave me this for my birthday.
The custom sheath is Kydex by Mike @ Grindstone Cutlery and it is much much nicer than the stock one.

Nice! First pictures, other than stock photos, I've ever seen of a Spydie fixed blade. How do these hold up anyway?

btw, does anyone know if these are vg-10 full tang?

Well I took it with me on an Antelope & Mule Deer hunt because when my wife gave it to me she said "I want you to have this on your hunt" so I thought this is a ridiculously large knife to use on skinning or gutting but to make her happy I'll take it. I never expected to use it but as it turns out I forgot my Sharpmaker and it wasn't until 1/2 in the hunt that one of the guys found his. So there I am with animals to clean and all my knives are dulled out. So I broke out the beast. I held up very well, it is a **** of a lot to handle when cleaning any game but I was surprised as to how well it did in the skinning part of the task. Not my #1 choice for the task (I dulled out 3 delicas, a Victorinox Hunter, 1 Falniven and my trusty D2 Mili) but certainly did the job when I took it out.
The knife is to the best of my knowledge completely made out of N690Co so no VG-10 there.

Tonydahose:
The sheath sits great against the body. I put the belt loop in an angle and wore it inside the belt and outside the pants. I did have to secure the bottom of the sheath to my thigh to be able to draw it easier but that is because the sheath is very new and very tight.

Thanks all for the comments,

WW
