The Name Game

Oh yeah I've done that a few times. Most noteworthy is a Benchmade Boguszewski Spike AUTO I have that I show off occasionally. I call her ELVIRA "The Mistress Of The Dark".
I still have my first Dodo that I ever bought back in 2004. I appropriately call him MR. Dodo >>> The one main User Spyderhawk I carry from time to time reminds me of a beautiful lady on Dark Shadows I used to lust after. I call the Spyderhawk "ANGELIQUE" Beautiful but Wicked at the same time  Yeah and the more I think about it maybe I ought to start calling my big Dyad "Barnabas" :D

I shouldn't admit this but I do talk to my knives at times. Hmmm?? I hope Doc Snubnose doesn't get ahold of this

One time I was holding my Native up to my ear and rubbing my thumb on the grind lines on the blade. It was making a slight whistle if I did it just so.My wife walked into the room and asked,"are they talking to you now dear?" :D

Me too, and the namecalling is more toward myself at such moments.

"My Preciousss..." I think I heard this somewhere... ;) But no, I don't put names to my knives. Except that I call Delica "My Love"... which isn't quite a name, right?
Oh, and there was this knife I named "Adventura" once... :D And if I think well, I conceived a few knives that had to have names... this means I actually do put names to my knives?...
